About Us

Brad Corrier

With over 18 years of experience in the Bryan-College Station real estate market, I take pride in offering professional real estate advice and guidance to my clients.  Growing up and raising a family in this community provides me with a very personal understanding of the area and all the factors that are important to buyers and sellers.  I maintain a long term commitment to my clients and expect to provide the real estate advice you are looking for today and to also be here for you in the future.

I graduated from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Marketing 1991 followed by a Masters Degree in Land Economics and Real Estate in 1994.  I rely on this solid background in marketing, finance, and valuation, as well as my 18 years of full time experience in this industry, to successfully assist my buyers and sellers.  In addition, I was Realtor of the Year in 2002.

I have also grown up in the real estate business and work along side my mother, Juanita, who offers over 33 years of experience in the local market.  We strive to maintain our company philosophy of providing our clients with personal service.  That is why when working with us you will not find a ‘team’ of part-time assistants handling your transaction but will be directly involved with us.

I am as committed to my community as I am to my clients.  I volunteer my time as a member of the Blinn Advisory Council, sit on the College Station Planning and Zoning Commitee, am the past President  for the local Better Business Bureau, Vice President/President Elect for the College Station ISD Foundation,  a member of the  real estate advisory committee for Blinn College and  sit on the Community Advisory Board of the Junior League of Bryan-College Station.  I am the past president of the Bryan-College Station Regional Association of Realtors (2009-2010) and serve on the Pebble Creek Elementary School Daddy Patrol.  I firmly believe that maintaining the quality of life in Bryan-College Station is up to the individual citizens. I am therefore committed to maintaining this community so that it can continue to be a great home for my children and for my clients who choose to call it home.

With over 33 years of full time experience in the Bryan-College Station real estate market I have a comprehensive understanding of the needs of buyers and sellers. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Washington State University and did graduate work in both mathematics and physics.  Prior to getting my real estate license, I taught high school mathematics and physics.  This background in teaching mathematics has earned me a reputation as being particularly proficient at teaching real estate finance and led to my chairmanship of the Association of Realtors Education Committee in 1986, as well as, my involvement with the College Station Community Education Program.  I have also earned the designations of the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and have held the designation of Realtor of the Year in 1990 by the Bryan-College Station Board of Realtors. .

I take great pride in educating our clients about all aspects of the real estate transaction, but particularly in the financial implications of the transaction.  I strive to make sure that all of our buyers and sellers are well informed so that the results of a real estate transaction are not a surprise but an anticipated result.

I graduated from Texas A&M University  with a BBA in Finance and Accounting where I was involved in numerous student organizations including Delta Delta Delta Sorority, Business Student Council, Honor Societies and spent a semester studying in Europe.  Upon graduation, I joined KPMG in Houston and obtained my CPA designation.  At KPMG , I worked on initial public offerings,  audited several publicly traded companies and was chosen to do a rotation through the corporate tax department.  I then joined BMC Software in Houston where I worked for eight years.  While at BMC, I worked on acquisition integration, financial reporting, budgeting, worked overseas in the Netherlands and was the Controller of the Professional Services/Consulting Division. After relocating to B-CS eleven years  ago to raise our children, I have served on the Board of Directors for the Junior League,  the Brazos Valley Symphony,  Friends of the Symphony and the PTO Boards at Pebble Creek  Elementary and Oakwood Intermediate.  I currently serve on the Board of OPAS Encore and on the AMCMS Junior High School Board .  I feel that my financial and professional background gives my clients an added benefit when making one of their biggest financial investments.
